I'm linking up with Beth from
They are both L.L. Bean's Boat and Tote (I always get them confused with Land's End...is that bad?)
This is the one I use most often:
Medium Bag, Long Handles |
That bag is a little over 10 years old! And except for some wrinkles and some stains, it is still as sturdy as when I first got it!
This is the one I used when I have a lot of stuff-it usually sits by my desk at school holding stuff. ;)
Large Bag, Long Handles |
These bags are very sturdy, and you can add pockets and zippers. It's also very reasonably priced (in my opinion) so if you're looking for a new bag, I would recommend these ( I would recommend getting the long handles-that way you can carry it over your shoulder!) Plus, they hold a lot!
Inside my bag:
A copy of the 4th grade CC standards-I have these stashed everywhere!
My Math Committee folder-hols all those important this I needed while grading the programs. This will probably come out once schools starts-we know what we'll be piloting, and I won't need it again until the end of the year.
A red bag.
This is handy because...
It holds a pen, pencil and the all important USB drive that holds everything on my computer so I can also access it at school. This way the stuff doesn't get smushed!
During the school year, I'll add:
My Flair pens and grading.
Some curriculum as well as professional books-depending on what I'm working on (and if I'm feeling ambitious! ;) Some stuff just comes along for the ride.
I also have a separate lunch bag (I'll be using a really nice one that a parent gave me this year), that I stuff in there before I stash it in the lunch room.
What's your teacher bag?

Kaitlyn

Thinking of Teaching
I love to see what everyone uses! My school bag wore out so I am trying something new this year. I am using one of my Thirty- One bags that I usually use for my reading groups. Hope you have a great school year!
