Laminate Explosion & Currently

So, remember those Math Centers I was talking about yesterday? Well, I laminated them....

It is so long that I had to take two pictures and splice them together....
and now I have to cut them all out. Guess what I'm doing this weekend! :)

Today went fairly well. We started our Persuasive Writing (Turkey in Disguise by Clutter-Free Classroom). I told the kids that they could have fun, silly reasons, as long as they backed it up with details. Some of them even finished their rough drafts!

We are writing it in letter format, so I'm killing two birds with one stone. We also reviewed how to write a letter. I did have to remind them to indent new paragraphs, as well as start sentences with a capital letter (which I KNOW they learned in Kindergarten...why doesn't that stick?!).

Today's Outfit:

Shirt & Jeans: JCPenny
Tank: Target
Khakis: Kohls
Shoes: Endless

I ran to Target after school today, and wanted to wear my new jeans. Normally, I would just go as is, but darn it, I paid for these babies and I want to get use out of them. I really like them, but I not the biggest fan of the whitewash down the front...I would have preferred an all dark wash. But these were also the most comfortable, so in this instance I went for comfort over style (although I still think they look really good ;)
