Workshop Wednesday: Pinterest Math

Wednesday...How can it be Wednesday already?! We have a week and 2 days left (next Friday!!!) and soooo much to do in that time. So if I'm a littler sporadic posting- it's just end of year craziness.

Time for the 2nd edition of Workshop Wednesday: Pinterest Edition

This week I'm going to focus on some Math pins I want to incorporate next year.

Definitely want to do a better job with this...

and do this...

That would be a great first day/ get to know you activity.

Surprisingly (or not), most of my math pins have to do with foldables, math workshop and centers/task cards. All things I already do! But I can definitely improve upon those things :)

One things I want to do a little more...

Where has this year gone?!!

Monday's Outfit

Shirt: Old Navy
Skirt & Tank: Target
Shoes: DSW

Had a hard time figuring out what to wear- the outfit I had planned didn't work. I think this was 3 or 4...(unusual for me, as I think about the outfits the night before...)

Tuesday's Outfit

Shirt: Maurices
Pants: NY & Co
Shoes: Kohls

A little cooler today-totally not June weather up here!  It'll be cool tomorrow too...at least my apartment is comfy!

  2. I should use my Smart board more often too. I just wish it were smarter and could keep itself aligned for more than 2 minutes at a time:(. Cute outfits!

  4. I have an ActivBoard, very similar to a smart board. I LOVE using youtube videos in my lessons. I just type in the concept and song (such as "area of triangle song") and see what comes up. My kids love it, and I LOVE it too. Some are total duds, so I learned quickly always preview them before class :)

  6. I'm definitely wanting to do Math Journals this year, too. I've been looking at Runde's Room. She has some great things going. http://www.rundesroom.com/ Love the idea of posting outfits as well. Although, I wish my closet actually had everything I pin.
